Rescued Baltic Sea Dog Finds Home With Saviors

The crew members of a Polish research ship say they intend to adopt the dog they rescued floating on an ice flow in the Baltic Sea. Initially they believed the dog to be a seal when they first discovered it floating 75 miles out. The crew figures that if the dog managed to survive for so long at sea then he must be “a real sea wolf.”
